Selling Overview


As a listing agent, my goal is to guide my clients through the entire home-selling process smoothly and efficiently. Here’s an overview of what you can expect:

  1. Initial Consultation

    We’ll start by discussing your goals, timing, and any specific needs or concerns. I’ll also tour your home, take note of its features, and suggest any improvements or staging that could enhance its appeal to potential buyers.

  2. Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy

    Next, I’ll conduct a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to assess the value of your home based on recent sales of similar properties in your area. Together, we’ll set a competitive listing price designed to attract buyers while maximizing your return.

  3. Preparing Your Home for Sale

    We’ll work together to ensure your home is in its best possible condition before it hits the market. This might involve staging, making minor repairs, or even a pre-listing inspection. Professional photography and, videography or virtual tours will be arranged to showcase your home.

  4. Marketing Your Home

    I’ll create a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to your property. This includes listing your home on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), promoting it across various online platforms, utilizing social media, email marketing and reaching out directly to my network of buyers and agents. Open houses and private showings will also be scheduled as needed.

  5. Showings & Buyer Interaction

    Once your home is on the market, potential buyers will schedule showings. I’ll coordinate these and ensure your home is always presented in the best light. I’ll also handle all communication with buyers and their agents, gathering feedback to keep you informed.

  6. Receiving & Negotiating Offers

    When an offer comes in, I’ll present it to you and help you evaluate the terms, including price, contingencies, and closing timeline. I will also provide you with a seller net sheet, se you can see what your total closing costs and proceeds from the sale will be upfront. My role is to negotiate on your behalf to secure the best possible deal.

  7. Contract to Closing

    Once you accept an offer, the process moves into the contract phase. I’ll manage all the details, from inspections and appraisals to coordinating with title companies, lenders, and the buyer’s agent. My job is to ensure everything stays on track for a smooth closing.

  8. Closing the Sale

    At closing, all the paperwork is finalized, and you’ll transfer ownership to the buyer. I’ll be with you to ensure everything goes as planned, and once the sale is complete, you’ll receive the proceeds from the sale of your home.

  9. Post-Sale Support

    I am always available anytime after closing to answer questions or assist you with anything Real Estate related.
